1.21.7 Server crashing on Startup

Game launches and works on client, but crashes when running on a server.

Minecraft 1.21.7 (neoforge-21.7.10-beta) Sort It Out! - V1.1.2+1.21.7 JamLib - V1.3.5+1.21.7 Architectury API - v17.0.6

use NeoForge 21.7.2-Beta. This fixes problems until a patch is released

Having the same issue, on NeoForge 21.7.25-beta. Downgrading Neo that far isn't an option anymore :(
