Point of interest types not registered on Fabric

Point of interest types appear to not register correctly when registered via Architectury API on Fabric. This led to Infinite Dimensions having to use ExpectPlatform to implement Fabric POIs.

This has also been noticed on Discord by Lying and Le0n.
