Ability to copy (duplicate) folders with it's content

Expected Behaviour

Ability to copy a folder with subfolders adding a " (copy)" in the end of the folders and elements. As an batch analog to a "duplicate" comand (that creates a duplicated object within the same folder as an initial element).

Unlike #616, this , must work with all folders (except root-folders).
