[Feature] Relation line anchor locking

When rearranging elements with relations, the relations always move with the element, even when extra points were added to the relation line, moving all the relations out of position which has to be readjusted again. This becomes very tedious and time consuming when working with big models and views when you have to add new elements and rearrange others to make space.

Adding an option per relation line or extra point to lock that point, would stop lines from moving when rearranging the elements around it.

No need for an illustration, I also enjoyed this kind of situation !§#?*$@!!

The issue is that this is something that is "hard coded" at the heart of the framework used by Archi. There should be some ways to circumvent it but that's not easy at all.
