Some Icons Render, Some Do Not

For some unknown reason, only some of my PNG images are showing up in my model and others do not. I'm pretty sure that it's not due to naming convention or size, as there doesn't seem to be a pattern for what does and does not show up. I'm using the Mac version of this plugin.

In your first screenshot, I do not see the "set icon" button, nor the "resize to" label.

Is it your screenshot that is shorter than the second one, or are they hidden ?

They're completely hidden. It's like it's not registering them as icons, so it doesn't pull up any options for them.

I do not have this behaviour on my MAC, do you mind sending me your 2 PNGs by mail herve.jouin at gmail.com that I conduct more testing ?
