Request: Enable/Disable lightbox by Page/Category ID

Description of feature/request

Disable simple lightbox by page and/or category id's

This feature would be used to

Show some images that link to the full image size for download (media page of a music artist)

If you added this feature, I would:

a) Eat my hat b) Jump for joy c) Shave my cat d) All of the above

It would be SUPER if I could load it only on the pages I need. Especially because in some cases, I want to use this one for a simple lightbox (it's namesake), but other pages might be using another as part of a gallery plugin.

I've had a look to see if I could disable the plugin using css on certain pages, but unfortunately I'm not that clever!! I love this plugin and think its great but I'd like to disable it on a page or 2 that use the themes built in gallery option. Would you be able to help please?
