[Request]: Options to visualy customize Caption

Description of feature

Looks of captions below images seems to depend on Theme, and it may not be as it should. It would be good to have option for basic settings how Captions look: select font size, padding, margin, alignment.

It is better than user being forced to dig through CSS to find how to adjust it.
