Impossible to load data after a node reboot

Describe the problem you discovered

A node lost its power and couldn't load its data anymore after the reboot.

Reboot looping on this issue:

It tries to load an empty transaction (everything is default values in the transaction)

Describe the solution you'd like

We might need some corruption detection, truncate tool etc.
