Describe the bug and how to reproduce it:

Accessibility guideline. Heading levels should increase sequentially, skipped heading levels are present.

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Navigate to any page 
    2. Enable WAVE browser extension
    3. View alerts in details section

Expected Result: Headings should increase sequentially through the page content (it is possible to jump from an h4 to an h2, but not from an h2 to an h4).

Actual Result: A skipped heading level is present - 'for more documentation, visit arches.readthedocs.io' is designated as an h5, after an h1.
