dev/7.0.x Bug internationalization translations needed for Reference Data Manager (RDM) UI elements

I'm running dev/7.0.x Arches core with the Arches HER project in order to test some internationalization features.

In the Reference Data Manager (RDM), most of the UI looks nicely translated (yay!) for internationalization. However there are a few elements still needing some translation. The explanatory note about how to search needs translation and the title for the "Reference Data Manager" page also needs translation. See the screenshot attached: arches-rdm-ui-hebrew

UPDATE: I found a few more cases where the RDM will need some UI internationalization / translation. These are for different groupings and types of concepts managed by the RDM, including: "Collection", "Concept Scheme", "Concept". See screen shots.

The values "Concept", "ConceptScheme", and "Collection" are all type id's and were never meant to be translated per se. Additionally, because the RDM is going to be completely rebuilt, less emphasis was placed on that as far as i18n goes.
