missing file pseudo_submission.csv

In the code file fake-news-dectetion-tpu .ipynb, a csv file named as "pseudo_submission.csv" is used in "Load text data into memory Section", which is not present in the directory. From where can I get this file?

In fact, this is constructed by the pseudo label algorithm. We take the data whose accuracy of training set and verification set is higher than 0.95 as pseudo label data. And if you think my algorithm is useful, please give me a star to encourage me.
