can you put out a english version, I can't use this verson with hyperv or vmware

I tried to install manually en_us .cab files via dism, but did not worked. The system not booted anymore. Installed from Windows did not work. Any idea how to install and change to en_US? Thanks!

You can install the windows system en_us version by the Windows ISO and install pentest tools by scoop . this is scoop bucket https://github.com/arch3rPro/PST-Bucket.
