Issue : preferences window is ultra laggish

For some reason, the preferences window is slow as hell when moving it around.

OS : Windows 10 pro CPU : Intel core i7-6800k GPU : RTX 2060

Well, this one is occuring on the build 3.3.2 by wangqr too. I did not test the latest 3.3.3 yet

For this one I really have no idea what could be causing it, and it might be out of Aegisub's control anyway. I guess you could check if there are any other dialogs with this issue, but right now I can't say much more about this.

For #46 I do have some ideas of what could be causing it, but I'll need to look into it more first.

What I can tell :

• this lag behavior only occurs on the pref window, on this fork, and wangqr's one as well (just tested the latest v3.3.3 too) and the latest official 3.2.2, on both 32/64 bits arch. • it also occurs when I boot Windows in safe mode (and aegisub being the only app running) so I believe it has nothing to do with display drivers neither any external app

If this is 100% reproducible for you, and only some forks have it, then it may be possible to narrow down the issue by testing old builds to find where the problem was introduced. You would probably need to go back to the parent fork, though. Not sure if binary builds from several years ago will still run, but it's worth a shot.
