Enable "Automatic commit all changes" will cause lag on dragging.

If I use the Aegisub of this branch (feature) and enable "Automatic commit all changes" will cause the timeline to lag when dragging. This problem was also appeared in release-9706-cibuilds-20caaabc0. However, this issue does not occur with Ristellise's AegisubDC 9215. Is there any method to resolve it?
