RTL languages issue

Hi man, Wangqr fixed this issue earlier https://github.com/wangqr/Aegisub/issues/81#issuecomment-813001228 I hope you add this fix too.

Yes, still there are issue with RTL languages. Preview bar doesn't show anything.

I've already tried multiple times to cherry-pick these changes from wangqr's fork, but always ran into complications and crashes that I haven't been able to debug yet. The issue here is that wangqr's changes for this reorganized a lot of code so it's not easy to cleanly integrate. There is also a draft PR here that adds a toggle to switch the Scintilla text control to RTL mode, but even with that Scintilla cannot handle bidirectional text. When I have time I can take another shot at trying to rebase wangqr's changes, but it might take a while.

I think the related commit in DC is this. It may be helpful, and I would greatly appreciate it if the feature could be added.
