This layer will be useful in identifying names of new roads in LA County

Unfortunately the cached service doesn't include the new imagery from 2023, so I've moved the url back to the WMS server

Adds imagery for territories and freely associated states of the US as well as imagery for Alaska/Hawaii.

Oregon Statewide Imagery Program's 2022 imagery was captured as part of NAIP 2022, which is in the public domain.

Drop best flag for Texas imagery sources

Bing in these areas are more recent than these sources. I also changed the category of these sources to 'historicphoto'
