Change project name

Change the project name from ALG (Arch Linux GUI) to something similar but unrelated to Arch.

Change the name on the website, change the names in iso and github, everywhere to a new name.

And that way you can restart the project without any problems. For example the name on the website "Arka Linux GUI" - from Arch Linux GUI to Arka Linux - as if it were a new distribution.
