Arcemu: f2d828f Lua Engine: A.L.E Maps: enabled. Vmaps: enabled. Whydb: rev 158 OS: Windows 7 x64

When i tried to use this item (42986) i get the error msg "You Cant Use This Here".

How to: .recall port wintergrasp pick a RP-GG from nearly workshop, spawn a vehicle target it, and use the item.
