Added port support to AP config options

raspiblitz and some other nodes make lnbits publicly available on a non standard https port. This PR adds support for SSL ports other than 443.

Nice, that works. I have LNbits on my RaspiBlitz and the bitcoinSwitch has now also worked over my DuckDNS subdomain with IP2Tor Bridge. :D

Just the view in the serial monitor is a little strange. The first one ist the legend.lnbits.com and the second with the wallet ID is my self hostet LNbits over IP2Tor.
