Added WiFi autoconnect script for M5StackSatsON

Initially M5StackSats will create a local hotspot called "esp32ap". The default password is '12345678'. After connecting to this hotspot browse to http://192.168.244.1/_ac to configure WiFi connection.

As long as the existing access point is available the M5Stack will connect to it. When that connection is no longer available it will create it's own hotspot again to enable configuration of a new access point.
