bug fixing on qr maker to fill screen and missing variables

I'm not a C++ developer so, I may have done some mistakes...

1. fetchpayment method was giving some compile errors, had to include an argument on calling it.

2. added a new qrmmaker function. The old one was not filling the epaper screen.
