【Question】Could this works well on Windows 10?

There isn't detail error log. image

Maybe llvm is not greatly compatible on windows.I have lots of problems when install clang+llvm on windows.The reason why I work on Win10 is I use the electron ,and I dont want to use WSL. Could you please tell what versions clang I should use?
