Thanks for this great library - I was trying to do this for ages and this solved the problem.

Is it possible to automatically change into onpanelexpanded mode from on panelcollapsed mode. In other words, the user would only have to flick up once and the panel would go to the top of the screen and begin scrolling. At the moment this takes two flicks.
