Option to show issue ID in headline?

My team often discusses issues by ID so it would be really nice if headlines (for GitHub) looked like

** OPEN #123 Some issue

Is this something you'd support via a PR? Maybe as an option?

It could be actually a very reasonable default. But I'd introduced it as a default option value. Thank you for reporting!
