occ workspace:create fails

Command occ workspace:create crashes since version 4. The workspace is created but the quota is not set (illimited), and workspace manager group is empty. User is not added in any group.

The error message is TypeError: OCA\Workspace\Group\Admin\AdminGroup::addUser(): Argument #2 ($spaceId) must be of type int, string given, called in /var/www/html/nextcloud/apps/workspace/lib/Commands/Create.php on line 224 and defined in /var/www/html/nextcloud/apps/workspace/lib/Group/Admin/AdminGroup.php:48

It's already fixed in #1150 Pull Request.

I will be releasing workspace version 4.0., and you can update to the new version this week 👍
