Add support for zooming by using the pinch gesture

Simple Comic should support the pinch-to-zoom multitouch gestures to zoom into a page.

If there is also a way to use OpenGL or a graphics library to smooth out the image once zoomed in - that would be awesome. I highly doubt that it can be done - but it doesn't hurt to ask since I am not 100% sure. :)

I don't think smoothing on by default is the greatest idea, it makes things too blurry for my tastes. As long as there's an option to turn it on/off, I'd be fine.
