Option to go straight into fullscreen

Would be nice to be able to double-click a file and have it open in fullscreen immediately, rather than opening in windowed and having to go into fullscreen from there.

Thought about this in the past. A basic implementation is not hard. It conflicts to some extent with session saving. Re-opening SC with fullscreen windows is suboptimal.
