Host binaries on GitHub

The .zip is currently inaccessible due to an S3 error:

<Error>
<Code>AllAccessDisabled</Code>
<Message>All access to this object has been disabled</Message>
<RequestId>E4B5697F234674F3</RequestId>
<HostId>

</HostId>
</Error>

Maybe a better solution would be hosting the binaries on GitHub under Releases. That way, you don't need to pay for S3 hosting and people can revert to previous releases easily.

Mentioned in #101 that I've created a temporary release. Download, unzip, and manually copy to Applications folder and hope it works :) https://github.com/kiriappeee/Simple-Comic/releases/tag/v0.0.1a

@alexchantastic I also have an semi-official build here: https://github.com/techstoreclub/Simple-Comic/releases/download/1.7_252/SimpleComic_1.7_252.zip

The build I posted is from archive.org, and is the last known build.

@alexchantastic As @andychase mentioned, the binary is still available at archive.org. Check it here: http://web.archive.org/web/20140401000000*/http://dancingtortoisedownload.s3.amazonaws.com/SimpleComic_1.7_252.zip
