WIP: Rewrite everything in Rust

I'm undecided on whether I want to have multiple implementations in various languages coexist in this repo, but I think probably so. That's more fun, plus no one should actually be using this language anyway so it shouldn't matter.

Still to do:

• [ ] Finish the Rust implementation
• [x] Reorganize things
• [ ] Profit
