add gexf output format support in arangoexport

I was also looking for such a feature to display with Gephi graph stored into ArangoDB thanks to GEXF File Format. Please let me know if things are moving on this feature request.

At the moment only XGMML is supported by arangoexport: https://docs.arangodb.com/stable/components/tools/arangoexport/examples/ This issue doesn't have any priority at the moment. Adding the current implementation source as reference: https://github.com/arangodb/arangodb/blob/devel/client-tools/Export/ExportFeature.cpp
