Lack of commits and activity

Hello,

First of all, thank you for creating this gem. We're looking at using it to automate some Jenkins work 🙂

But we're concerned about the lack of recent activity. If we were to use this gem, we'd probably want to contribute a couple features. We see that there haven't been any activity from the maintainer for the last year.

@arangamani I appreciate that you may be busy or may have other interests. If we find someone to step up as a maintainer, could we transfer ownership to them (pass ownership of https://rubygems.org/gems/jenkins_api_client/ to them, and have the readme link to the fork)? Potentially I might volunteer myself.
