Crayon in other plugins that use TinyMCE not showing

I am using AIO support center plugin that uses tinymce for users to write posts and it looks like the crayon is not loading on theirs plugin. On the front facing side there is no js error in the console, and the button is simply not present in the editor, and on the backend (viewing the ticket in the admin) I got

Uncaught ReferenceError: CrayonTagEditorSettings is not defined crayon_tinymce.js:41

Is there any way to enable crayon on plugins? Do I need to set it up in the support center plugin?
