Transparency doesn't work with scrollbar

Does not work when executing from terminal or config file.

Examples: rgba:0/0/0/255 #00000000

How do --sbbg and --sbfg options work? For example, --sbbg rgba:0/0/0/0 option makes scrollbar background fully transparent in my environment.
