EDIT: May be an issue w/ my LXD container.

I had the same issue & was able to use Ubuntu 20.04 successfully. You may need to install aptitude first, though.

EDIT: Had to update the rtinst script to & add a block to support 21.04. See #585 / fe4557292185e87c832437f7284004a21d9b444f
