Voting: show what exactly Aragon Agent is doing

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When I do an Agent transaction, the vote shows up as "Unknown function" which as a voter makes it difficult to know what exactly I am voting on.

Is there any documentation on how these descriptions are currently being fetched? What determines an unknown function, and how can we make that function known?

If an external contract implements radspec docstrings, will they show up? If we create a radspec registry, will we need to a client level api where the user determines which registry they want to resolve docstrings with?

Yes, even just grabbing name of function and displaying input params would be highly helpful for voters to understand consequence of authorized agent TXs. Happy to scope here, as well 👍
