Accountancy: Ensure funds income and outcome match properly

Make sure (add tests) that the accountancy of all funds flowing in and out matches porperly, including possible errors due to rounding.

Before tackling this issue please list all the maths we are going to test to make sure we are aware of them all. Apart from testing, we can think if there is any way to ensure these cases from the contracts theirselves
