Voting: show who voted for the proposal already and how they voted

"View Vote" screen shows the user who created the proposal, but it does not show who has already voted and what their vote was. This would be helpful to know, especially for the user to see which way they voted in case they forget whether they voted or how they voted.

@john-light Just wanted to clarify, to differentiate this from #229. This is to show the full list of addresses that have voted on a given vote?
