npm installation error

I've been following directions in the readme, however when using running the yo angular command I ran into quite a few errors:

Thank you for reporting this. It's been quite a while since this code has been retested and there were a lot of changes in a meanwhile to Yeoman and Vagrant.

I'll have a go at fixing the issues, though it may be a week or so by the time I'll get to it.
