how to clean all monitoring config from cabot

Say, I've used the api to put all checks and instances etc but something has gone wrong and I just want to clear out all config of monitoring (not users, emails etc) What's the way to go? I know in my containers I could just delete and recreate but is there another way? some folder to remove or anything? thank you.
