Display rich text from formatted_body rather than guessing at MD from the plain body

There's no guarantee that the plain body will contain MD, and despite formatted_body not being properly specified yet, you really should be displaying rich text bodies by parsing the HTML...

@timabbott just triggered a misfeature on mobile(?) where the 'enter your name' prompt as a guest triggered credit-card autocomplete, which is scary, as it looks like we're trying to steal...

There's no way to get to Settings from the homepage
