just had this again on 778 - took about 30s for the remote echo to turn up. does this really have anything to do with the size of my account?...
theory: the first remote echos got entangled with the /messages or a subscription returning, and so raced and ended up in the wrong place
I had this yesterday (build 699) - the local (and then remote) echo of the message I sent ended up 4 messages up the timeline. I have no idea why....
empirically edits echo locally now
