Please check that pdfrw pagemerge mods do not break tests

I have added a pagemerge branch to pdfrw with a few changes to facilitate easier object reuse. I have several functional tests against it, but would like you to insure that it is happy with your new tests before I merge it to master.

Ok. It will be a while before I get to it though because I'm still struggling to get all the tests passing. I'm hoping to push the new testing framework within the next day or two and then we can try out the pagemerge branch. I still don't have any unit tests, but I suppose the system tests are still better than nothing and probably cover most of the code anyway.
