VSCode ExtensionL Findings Explorer doesn't reload

The output window says "Reloading the Findings Explorer content" but the Finding Explorer doesn't populate with the findings. Debug/verbose output doesn't provide much information. Is this a known issue?

I am having the same issue. I also saw in the debug area that a flag this extension uses is depreciated. I had hope for this, however based upon https://github.com/aquasecurity/trivy-vscode-extension/graphs/code-frequency, looks like this plugin is sort of dead.
