Add support for the arm64 architecture

It is for people trying to run an arm64-only infrastructure (for example, Gravitron). From my testing, we do not need any other changes.

I am not sure about the goreleaser change, I have never used it. I hope it will add proper binaries to the release page :crossed_fingers:
