--conf option

Feature request - could we add a --config/--config-file option so that users can specify their own config files. Use case in case I've missed something obvious: long_sequence_inference=False I could not see a user configurable option to turn that on or off when running from command line (or low_prec).

Alternatively provide options to enable/disable features in the config file from the command line. Apologies if I've missed something in the documentation.

Sorry for the late reply. We've since added a flag for the long sequence inference mode.
