Header and footer content issues

Hi,

I'm getting an issue when files are merged that have a header. The behaviour doesn't seem to be consistent, but whenever files with headers are merged I get an error when trying to open the file on Word.

Word found unreadable content in "output.docx". Do you want to recover the contents of this document? If you trust the source of this document, click Yes.

If I click yes the file opens, but sometimes content is missing from the header and other times it just copies the header from the first page to the rest of the pages.

Was just debugging the same issue! I also noticed that some styles get messed up. How can we debug/fix this?

Seems like the headers don't even appear in the merged doc?
