Adding hover effect in navbar buttons

By adding hover effect on navbar buttons like home ,contact ,when we hover on button its width and height increases

Hello @apu52 , I am a GSSoC’25 contributor and would love to work on this issue. I can add a smooth hover animation to the navbar buttons where their width and height slightly increase on hover, making the UI more interactive and visually appealing.
