open files in new tab

Feature Description

in this project files open in the same tab when navigating, but I want to open them in a new tab instead. This current behavior causes issues when I need to view content below the editor. I plan to fix this(at some places like membership , about page and all) by using the blank property (likely target="_blank" in HTML) to force links to open in a new tab.

can you please assign this issue to me i am intrested in this project and i would like to contribute
