[Feature Request]: Add a "Back to Top" Button for Better Navigation

Feature Description

Currently, the website does not have a button to quickly scroll back to the top of the page. This feature will improve user experience, especially on long pages.

Tasks:

• Add a "Back to Top" button (HTML)
• Style the button so it appears at the bottom right after scrolling (CSS)
• Use JavaScript to make it appear only when user scrolls down and smoothly scroll to top on click (JS)

Benefits:

• Improves user experience
• Beginner-friendly contribution

Use Case

On long pages, users often have to manually scroll up. Adding a "Back to Top" button makes navigation faster and more convenient, especially on mobile and small screen devices.
