[Feature Request]: Add a “Scroll to Top” Button for Better Navigation
Is there an existing issue for this?
- [x] I have searched the existing issues
Feature Description
- Create a small circular/floating button (e.g., 🔼 or ↑) that appears after scrolling down a bit
- On click, it should smoothly scroll the user to the top of the page
- Use simple HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (no external libraries)
- Ensure responsiveness and clean styling that fits the site’s design
- I'm a GSSoC'25 contributor and I’d love to work on a small yet helpful UI feature for the Travel_Website — adding a “Scroll to Top” button for smoother navigation on long pages.
It will enhance user experience with clean design using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I’ve drafted a simple issue description — may I open the issue and start working on it?
Use Case
On longer pages, it becomes inconvenient for users to scroll back manually. Adding a scroll-to-top button will improve usability and navigation — especially on mobile devices.
